How to Order an eCard from our site - It's Easy!
ORDER EARLY TO SECURE YOUR SPOT ON OUR PRODUCTION SCHEDULE THIS SEASON
Get your orders in early for our Holiday eCards to secure your spot on our production schedule. We have a limited production schedule during the busy Holiday Season and will accept orders until we have reached full production capacity. Holiday Rush Fees may be added to all Holiday e-Card orders placed in December if orders are still being accepted.
Early Bird Price Discounts are typically available for Holiday e-Card orders until mid October. View our eCard pricing page for more details and discount codes when they are available.

We work with designers and advertising firms often to bring their designs to life with animation and music. Contact us with your project specifications and we can provide you with an estimate to handle the animation for your eCard. It is always easier to provide the estimate after we see the design along with an outline of customization and animation style preferences desired.

HOW TO ORDER A SEMI-CUSTOM E-CARD FROM OUR SITE:

Choose your eCard from our Site
Once you select the eCard you would like to have us customize, click the "Select Options/Place Order" button to configure the price. Most of the eCards are very flexible in how they can be customized.

Select your Hosting preference (if animated)
Choose your hosting preference from the drop down menu. Hosting for up to 1,000 recipients is included in the Base Fee. If you need additional recipients you may select the amount needed. Clients may choose to host all final e-card files with an alternate video player for no additional charge.

Choose your customization preferences & add-ons
Configure your eCard with a variety of options to choose from to make your eCard unique to fit your needs. Add-On options include Additional Versions, Digital Signatures, Photo Changes, Additional Pages, Analytics Access, eMail Distribution & more.

Place Your Order
To order online, click the "ADD TO CART" button at the very bottom of the order screen once you have made all of your selections. If you would prefer to place your order by Phone please call 877-529-7786 and we can guide you through the process.

Secure & Easy Payment Options
We accept payment by Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, MC, Discover or AMEX), PayPal or you can provide a Purchase Order # when ordering if payment by check or wire transfer is preferred.

Order Review & Gather Assets
A project manager will review the eCard order to make sure everything is clear and email or call within 24 business hours to gather any assets needed (i.e. logo, photos, etc).

Production Process
Once we have received all assets from the Client, we will place your eCard on our production schedule by Order Date. We will send you a storyboard with your changes in place for review in PDF format for animated e-cards. Once the beta/proof is ready we send you the link to review online. We will make any necessary changes /adjustments to the e-Card (up to 2 rounds of revisions included) until the eCard is finalized and approved by Client.

eCard Hosting & eMail Distribution
Once your eCard is finalized and approved we will send you a clickable image (jpg + url for hyperlink) of your eCard to insert into your e-mail for Clients who will handle distributuion themselves. WebbyCards can distribute the HTML formatted emails for an additional fee if needed.

View eCard Analytics (Optional)
If the "Analytics Access to View Basic eCard Stats" Add-On option is selected when placing your order, we will send an invitation by email to you to access the online stats dashboard to see how your eCard is performing. You will receive access to view # of eCard loads, # of visitors, % play rate, # of plays, # of hours watch and % ave. engagement from viewers.
