ORDER EARLY TO SECURE YOUR SPOT ON OUR PRODUCTION SCHEDULE THIS SEASON
Get your orders in early for our Holiday eCards to secure your spot on our production schedule. We have a limited production schedule during the busy Holiday Season and will accept orders until we have reached full production capacity. Holiday Rush Fees will be added to all Holiday e-Card orders placed after December 1 if orders are still being accepted.

HAVE A DESIGN ALREADY AND JUST NEED ANIMATION & MOTION GRAPHICS ASSISTANCE?
We do work with designers and advertising firms often to bring their designs to life with animation and music. Contact us with your specifications and we can provide you with an estimate to handle the animation for your eCard. It is always easier to provide the estimate after we see the design along with an outline of customization and animation preferences desired.

HOW TO ORDER A SEMI-CUSTOM E-CARD FROM OUR SITE:

Choose your eCard from our Catalog
Once you select the eCard you would like to have us customize, click the "Select Options/Place Order" button to configure the price. Most of the eCards are very flexible in how they can be customized.

Select the estimated # of recipients.
Choose the approximate number of email recipients to determine the Base Customization Fee and estimated bandwidth needed for animated e-Cards. Base fees include hosting & customization but not e-mail distribution.

Choose your customization preferences & add-ons
Configure your eCard with a variety of options to choose from to make your eCard unique to fit your needs. Add-On options include Additional Versions, Digital Signatures, Add Page Inserts, Analytics Access, eMail Distribution and more.

Place Your Order
To order online, click the "ADD TO CART" button at the very bottom right corner of the order screen once you have made your selections. If you would prefer to place your order by Phone please call 877-529-7786.

Secure & Easy Payment Options
We accept payment by Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, MC, Discover or AMEX), PayPal or provide an Authorized Purchase Order# when you place your order if payment by check is preferred.

Order Review & Gather Assets
A project manager will review the eCard order to make sure everything is clear and email a list of assets needed from Client along with instructions on how to share your assets with us (i.e. logo, photos, etc).

Production Process
Once we have received all assets from the Client, we will place your eCard on our production schedule by Order Date and send you a link to view your eCard with all of your requested customization when ready. We will make any necessary tweaks /adjustments to the e-Card (2 rounds of revisions incl.) until the eCard is finalized and approved by Client.

eCard Hosting & eMail Distribution
Once your eCard is finalized and approved we will send you a clickable image (jpg + url for hyperlink) of the eCard to insert into your e-mail for Clients who will distribute the e-mails themselves. WebbyCards can distribute the HTML formatted emails/ecards for an additional fee if needed.

View eCard Analytics (Optional)
If the "Analytics Access to View Basic eCard Stats" ($100 set up fee) Add-On option is selected when placing your order, we will send an invitation by email to you to access the online stats dashboard to see how your eCard is performing. You will receive access to view # of eCard loads, # of visitors, % play rate, # of plays, # of hours watch and % ave. engagement from viewers.
